In early 2022, one day a customer walked into my shop and asked me for a hair unit - this sparked my journey to providing this service for men with hair loss. Since then I have become highly experienced with all hair types working with Straight, Curly, and Afro hair.
Recently, I partnered with NewFade, specialists in Afro and Curly hair units, where I learned advanced techniques to provide high-quality transformations. Where are you based?
How will my hair unit be fitted?
1. Your hair unit will be securely attached to the area of hair loss by a skin friendly adhesive and tape.
2. The hair on the hair unit is cut, shaped and blended to provide a seamless finish.
3. Equipped with a full head of hair, your transformation is complete.
How long will my hair unit last for?
NewFade Hair Units are built to last for 6 months. The length of time mainly depends on how well you look after your hair unit after it's fitted!
How will I style my hair unit?
When you purchase your hair unit, you will receive access to style and self-care guides.
Can I play sports and exercise with my hair unit?
Yes you can play sport or exercise whilst wearing a hair unit.
We take extra care to give very careful maintenance advice so that you can get the most out of your new hair and avoid any issues, especially when exercising.
Can I get my hair unit wet? Can I swim?
The hair units can get wet in rain and in the shower.
All guidance on how to look after your hair unit when swimming or showering will be given after your appointment
Will people know I'm wearing it?
Surprisingly they won't! - you will often hear a colleague or friend give you a compliment on your "new haircut" but they won't be able to tell.
However, whether you choose to tell them is up to you!
